Shipping Policy

shipping time is 7 business days within ISRAEL and 21 business days worldwide. If you would like to pick up your order at the studio, you will receive an email when your order is ready with details of when you can pick it up.

 

Shipping fees:

 Israel Standard shipping fee in Israel is 25 ILS

worldwide standard shipping 80 ILS

worldwide express shipping 145 ILS

Please understand we work with small quantities and some of our products are made to order. After purchasing a product, please wait 1 business day for an order confirmation.  Within 24 hours of your purchase, we will notify you if your selected design is sold out. In the unlikely chance that that happens, you’ll get a refund to your form of payment within 5-7 business days and a notification when it’s back in stock.

We offer a 14 day exchange/refund policy on all online purchases. 

We ask you to treat the product and its packaging with care. The product must be in new condition.

If the product is used or ruined the product shall not be refunded.

All orders are payable through our PayPal portal and Isracard.

Local Taxes and fees
Any local taxes or fees enforced by the local authorities  will be covered by the customer.  Please check with your local Customs and Trade authorities regarding additional charges prior to placing an order.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE shipping please notify us in writing immediately. Your payment will be refunded in full.

Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.

Faulty Items

All items pass quality control before they are dispatched to customers.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or you are dissatisfied with the product you receive please notify us immediately upon receipt of the product.

Additional Policies and FAQs Colors
We try to display our products in the most authentic way. Please note that every screen shows colors a bit differently, and therefore, it is possible that colors appear different (or better) in person.
